Making A Purchase
Please browse the store and add items you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished shopping, click on 'checkout' and you will then be able to make payment via Credit / Debit card or Pay Pal.
If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency at the current exchange rate. Please note that choosing the wrong country may result in incorrect shipping. We reserve the right to adjust your order after it has been submitted if you choose the wrong location from the list of countries when placing your order
Once your order has been placed you should receive an order acknowledgement, providing you specified a valid email address at the time of placing your order. Please note that this email is merely an acknowledgement that your order has been received by us.
Orders can only be classed as accepted by us once they have been delivered. In the unlikely event that your order contained items that were incorrectly priced by us we reserve the right to adjust your order when it is received by us. We will endeavour to notify you of this prior to the order being adjusted.
Orders placed cannot be amended.
Now that the UK has left the European economic area our carrier options are currently under review to ensure our European friends/customers can still obtain our products. In the Interim all orders placed on our website from outside the UK going into the EU will be sent DAP - Delivered at Place. You will need to ensure any necessary import duty or tax bill is settled locally.
Our carriers occasionally experience operational difficulties and therefore these service delivery times are not guaranteed. Where an order is to be delivered to an address outside of mainland UK, it is possible sometimes that a shipping price quoted shall not be correct. We therefore reserve the right to amend this. In these circumstances, we shall always contact the customer prior to any change.
While we do our best to provide accurate shipping times this may vary for non Mainland UK locations and is subject to local postage and restrictions.
All customers who order item from our website and have these delivered to an international address shall take full responsibility for any or all import/tax related duties and cost.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
